WHAT OWNERS HAVE HAD TO SAY
When we sold our Paris Apt. in the 7th in 2006, I thought, "good"! We can't
seem to get to Paris as much as we thought we would, and we can stay in hotels
when we come and I won't have to work so hard maintaining an apartment!
One visit, staying in a tiny, typically-cramped Paris hotel room was enough for me to realize that eating out every meal and not wanting to hang out in a cramped room wasn't the answer either.
Chez La Tour has given us back our Paris lives. We CAN find one MONTH to come here every year. Because of the Fractional Ownership, we have a comfortable "home" to live in, a wonderful cuisine to prepare and eat some meals sans going to a restaurant, and Rich to manage the inner workings of it all. The location of Chez La Tour is even better than when we lived near the Champs des Mars. Metro Line 8 is just down the block. Bus 69 just around the corner. And it's two blocks to the Seine. Tourist sites are just lovely to walk to...the Invalides at our back door, lunch at La Duree on the Champs Elysee, Sundays at the American Church, a boat ride on the Bateaux Mouches, the Musee d'Orsay, the Louvre, Bon Marche Epicerie. Ah, life is good!
Thank you for your wisdom, perserverance, vision, decorating expertise, and attention to detail.

Our first visit to Jardin Saint-Paul in April, 2008 was
everything we expected and more. Location is pivotal and JSP is very centrally
located in the Marais and within easy walking distance to the right and left
banks (via Notre Dame) on the Seine River or just 200 m from the Saint Paul
Metro station on "ligne 1" with its quick "correspondance" along this line to
many places in Paris or wider connections to many parts of France.
The apartment was warm, comfortable and well appointed and smartly furnished with all necessary accessories for a pleasant and relaxing stay. From the fabulous kitchen to the bedroom linen and other furnishings all were of exceptional quality. A credit to Paris Home Shares. There are good local people for any problems that may be encountered and the apartment is cleaned to perfection at the end of your stay as we can attest to on arrival. The bottle of champagne on arrival was also a nice touch.

My wife and I are partners in the initial Paris apartment purchase coordinated by Steve Navaro in 2006. We have been very pleased with Steve's contacts, resources and communications as we considered and ultimately joined the LLC partnership. Steve quickly responded to every question we asked and kept us regularly updated on the apartment purchase and renovations. Steve's stateside legal and real estate training and experience as well as his knowledgeable and effective representatives in Paris have made acquiring partial apartment ownership a rewarding experience.

Dan and I just returned from our first 2 month stay in Paris at Villa Monceau and just loved it! The apartment is beautiful and comfy at the same time. Steve and Sue have chosen beautifully to outfit and furnish the apartment so that it feels like home upon arrival. What a lovely way to partake of what Paris has to offer, and then have a lovely home to go back to each day!

In the summer of 2006, I was so slowed down by a back injury that I was unable to work. I was living off my meager savings, trying not to bite into my retirement funds. It was an uneasy time. One day, to raise my spirits, I googled fractional ownerships in Paris. That's how I found Steve and Sue Navaro.
What began as a way to pass some time soon turned into a lively correspondence with Steve. His website contained detailed and vivid information about the Paris apartment and surrounding neighborhood. I prepared lists of questions to which he always responded quickly and thoroughly. Steve consistently provided all the necessary information and, when I decided to purchase a share, he had all the administrative processes in place. Doing business with Steve and Sue was efficient, orderly, and simple.
Steve and Sue kept all the owners informed of renovation decisions via email and the website with detailed reports and photos. We even had movies of the Paris crew and the progress of the renovation. Furniture, accessories, tile samples, paint-everything was photographed and made available to us. There was no doubt that the quality of the renovation was outstanding. In the meantime, thanks to Steve and Sue, we also learned about restaurants, museums, shops and open markets near our lovely Paris apartment.
The owners met in person and via conference call for our first annual meeting where we conducted company business and established our apartment guidelines. Steve organized and distributed the apartment manual and managed all communications about everything from wifi access to where the nearest cab stand was located. He has the winning combination of vision, attention to detail, and a cheerful, pleasant demeanor.
When I finally arrived at the apartment in Paris, the elegance combined with a cozy ambience struck me the moment I stepped in the front hall. I felt instantly at home. I can't wait to return.

Steve, I just wanted to take an opportunity myself to tell you how much I enjoyed our stay at the apartment. You did a wonderful job renovating and decorating it! Although I had seen pictures of the progress, it was very exciting to see it in person. Everything was so beautiful and elegant, from the furniture to the drapes, to the bedding and the bathroom and kitchen. How fortunate we are that you have such wonderful taste! You obviously put a lot of time and energy into choosing the tile in the bathroom, the cabinets in the kitchen, etc., and it showed in the outcome. We are both so excited to be a part of Villa Monceau LLC, and I thank you for the tremendous effort you put into the renovations and decorations, and all the details that made our visit go so smoothly.
