On all of our properties except Chez la Tour and Residence Jardin Luxembourg, Paris Home Shares utilizes a rotating usage system.  Beginning with the base year, for each subsequent year, the usage month is advanced by 3 months.  For years 5 and 9, instead of repeating the original month, the usage month is advanced by 4 months instead of 3 months.  The result is that every Owner will have a month in every season within 4 years, and will have a usage month for every calendar month over the course of 12 years.

 

The first day of the usage month varies by project.  For Villa Monceau and Jardin Saint Paul, the usage month begins on the 1st day of the month. For Le Petit Tresor, the first usage day is the 10th of the month.
