On several of our projects, including our newest project, Le Petit Trésor, Paris Home Shares utilizes a rotating usage system.  For the first year, months are selected on a first come basis from the remaining available months.  For subsequent years, the usage month is advanced by 3 months.  For years 5 and 9, instead of repeating the original month, the usage month is advanced by 4 months instead of 3 months.  The result is that every Owner will have a month in every season within 4 years, and will have a usage month for every calendar month over the course of 12 years.

 

The first day of the usage month varies by project.  On Le Petit Trésor, the first usage day is the 10th of the month.
